What a wonderful stay.
The nicest host you will ever meet! Really welcoming and kind.
The B&B itself is beautiful, and so clean.
Gorgeous and spacious rooms, and a wonderful selection for breakfast.
Really loved our stay here and we cannot wait to go again!

The hotel is situated in a nice quite part of bogner. You have secure on site parking which is well lit up and you will arrive to a well maintained well presented 1940s property. The room is equaly excellently presented with modern decore and on suite.

I would recommend this b&b over any hotel any time. 5 stars for makeing my 3 nights stay both plesent and enjoyable. Look forward to staying there again.

After leaving Richmond Yorkshire at 7am , many closed roads, delays due to the snow i arrived at Margees B&B at about 6.30pm. To be honest i wanted to go straight to bed but the welcome and chat when i arrived was fantastic, i sat in their living room in front of the log fire with a lovely cup of tea, i soon forgot about the long journey.
The house is georgeous , i stayed in the garden in a brick building which was spotless, warm with an en-suite. At the bottom of the garden was a family wooden house which looked fantastic (picture below). If we do come down to the coast i will be here with my family.
I stayed here on an overnight stay on business and it made a lovely change having interesting conversation and being pampered rather than just a room number in a hotel.
I am sat typing while eating a lovely cooked breakfast.
I must agree with Sharon from West Sussex 10/10

I booked my family into this lovely B&B in Felpham a few weeks ago and they are still talking about it now. The host's Marg & Gee did their up most for the family to have a lovely stay they said it was like home from home everything spotless couldn't
fault a thing. The double room was beautiful, big and ensuite shower room A++++. They looked at the other rooms, WOW the lodge at the end of the garden all in all great B&B.
The family were gob smacked when it came to breakfast loads of choices but they decided on the full English well put it this way I didn't have to feed them until the evening they couldn't wait until the next morning!!! .
If you are planning on staying in Bognor or Felpham I would suggest booking Margees B & B you will not be disappointed. Marg/Gee keep up the excellent work and thank you for making them feel at home on their stay 10/10 xxx

The B&B is in Felpham, which is just over 2 miles from Bognor Regis train station (good taxi service at the station - costs £6 to hotel). There is also a bus service but I have no details of that, sorry.

The room I stayed in was VERY clean and warm and had the following facilities: TV, hair dryer, good quality shower with lots of hot water, teas and coffee, clean kettle, biscuits, extra blankets, hanging space for clothes, chest of drawers, good lighting and beside lamps (on bedside tables). All worked perfectly and all were of a high standard.

The room was very quiet with only the sound of birdsong in the morning.
For breakfast, you could have a traditional English or cereal in addition to fruit and yoghurt and perfect toast (white or brown).
There is a golf course very close to the hotel (I'm not a Golfer but it is an added attraction).
During my stay, the train service to the East and West was fabulous; there were no delays and the trains are clean and tidy. There is one change at Barnham for all directions.

I would recommend this hotel for three reasons:
1) the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts (lovely people)
2) the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities made available
3) the quiet surroundings

If you are looking to visit Bognor or need somewhere quiet during your adventures on the South Coast then look no further. Just hope you are lucky enough to get a room :)

Room Tip: I had the twin room nearest to the Dining Room.
