We stayed for one night and found this a really excellent B&B. The room was very comfortable and very clean, the cooked breakfast was very good. Michele speaks English and French. Spring Cottage is close to the beach. There is a good pub nearby.

I stayed at Spring Cottage with my partner and parents in May 2013 for a two-day break.

This was our third stay and it never disappoints. Michele, Laurie, Clara and Lily (family dog) make you feel like old friends and we immediately feel at home as soon as we arrive.

My partner and I stayed in the pink room, which is absolutely gorgeous - with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! My parents stayed in the blue room, which is equally stunning.

Both rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beautiful bed linen, fresh flowers, mineral water, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a pile of magazines make it easy to relax, and the addition of the plantation shutters since we were last there is a stylish touch and adds to the ‘Designers Guild’ feel of the rooms.

Michelle's breakfast is amazing: fresh fruit, coffee, toast, cereal as well as a plate of eggs, bacon, cooked tomatoes and mushrooms, served at a time of your choice. The perfect way to start your day!

There is so much to do in the area it’s hard to know where to start. If you don’t want to go far, the beach is a stone’s throw away and there is good choice of restaurants/pubs. If you’re happy to drive there are plenty of gorgeous villages like Bosham and West Wittering, and excellent shopping spots like Chichester.

When we were there in May we spent a day in Arundel and had a look around the castle and it's beautiful grounds before driving back and having a meal in the Lobster Pot and a drink in The Fox.

I can't recommend Spring Cottage enough and will definitely be back!

Thank you Michelle and see you soon.

Michele's beautiful B&B is homely, stylish, super clean, relaxed and perfectly located in the village and close to the beach. We stayed there with 2 young children, who were very welcome and we felt very relaxed during our lovely stay. Michele also cooks a wonderful breakfast and the house also has a really lovely garden. All-round perfect place to stay - we will be back. Thank you, Michele! from the Holden family

Room Tip: Both rooms are great. The blue room would work really well for a family wanting a double bed with a single for a child. Beds are a great size.

The location of this B and B is just idyllic, right opposite a pretty church, near to cute cottages and a 5 minute walk from the sea. The cottage itself is beautiful inside and out and Michele was incredibly welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. She knows the area very well and can tell you where to go to eat or drink! Our room was lovely and spacious and bright! Breakfast was very fresh and delicious!
