“What a fortunate find!”
Reviewed 18 August 2014

We are just back from a two night stay at White Horses, and couldn't speak more highly of it. The owners were charming, so hospitable, right down to offering us a much needed cup of tea on arrival, after a horrendous drive on the M25! Our room was apparently the smallest double, and they were concerned about offering it to us, but we have been offered much smaller rooms in other hotels which were nowhere near as well appointed and with no apology... It was blissfully quiet with a sea view from the bed, what was to complain about there? The house was decorated with the landlady's own beautiful art works which made it very special. As for the breakfasts, we cannot recommend them highly enough, totally delicious and perfectly cooked. We very much look forward to saying here again!

We have been twice here and happy to return again next summer. It is a stone throw away from the beach. Mark and Jacky are fabulous landlords. The rooms are light, big and clean. And mostover the cooked breakfast ist delicious.

This b&b is an absolute delight, literally a stones throw from the beach. We stayed for one night before heading into butlins, which is just 3 minutes drive away. Yet you feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the camp. We had the family rooms on the top floor which are full of character and provide amazing views of the seafront. Local produce used for breakfast and generally a delightful stay. Would highly recommend.

Visited weekend of the 13th June had an excellent stay in the pink room. Beautiful views over the garden and studio. Had a lovely stay and can't fault the hosts. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Parents stayed in the family suite and must say very jealous, sea views 2 bathrooms and spacious living area. Look forward to visiting again!

We found this fantastic B&B on line and it was just as we had expected. Great value, warm friendly lovely hosts with a superb breakfast. The lobster pot on the beach front was great for dinner as well. Highly recommend a visit.

Room Tip: We were with our adult son and the family room was suitable.

We have just arrived home from a very relaxed family short break away ( a rare thing with two children under 6 ! ) this was made possible thanks to Jackie and Mark at this lovely B&B right by the sea the family rooms at the top were great and had loads for the kids to play with and books to read, just like home from home , highly recommend and the breakfast sets you up for the day .

Room Tip: Ask for the family suite

I called by the White Horses by chance and was lucky to be invited to stay by a charming landlady who offered me their well equipped room. In the morning the breakfast was unexpectedly enjoyable and wholesome.

Room Tip: I was offered a small double room for single use overlooking the front drive and road. Perfect
