So disappointed with our stay here. I usually love The Premier Inn, it's such good value. Unfortunately it was just too hot in our room and the air-con didn't make it any better. Admittedly we did stay when we were going through a particularly hot phase of weather for the UK.
On the pillow there is a sleeve telling you that they do a firm and soft pillow so you can choose which suits you best. The firm was not enough but having both was too much so another reason for our discomfort.
We reported a spill in our room next to the tea and coffee making facilities which was there when we arrived in the room. It was fruit juice which had run out of an upturned glass which had not been replaced from the last occupants of the room. Nobody came to change it or clear it up.
Dinner was okay and breakfast was really lovely. We could not have faulted that.
We did get a refund for our room because Premier Inn offer you your money back if you don't have a good night's sleep. That is good but we had a busy day ahead of us and a good night's sleep would have been better than the refund.

What score do you give a premier inn? They do exactly what is expected. Great staff, great facility's, clean room and a good nights sleep. That's the minimum expectation these days. This hotel did all of that in spades. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Slap bang on the main roundabout to the hotel. Very convenient with a shuttle service if you wish. I was from their car park in to the terminal building in under 6 minutes. Brill!

We stopped here overnight on our way from Asturias, Spain (family wedding) to recuperate from our journey before heading off to Paris the next day, and I'm very glad we did. The staff were very accommodating in helping my mum, who although can walk very short distances, needs a wheelchair to get around.

All around it was good value, large rooms and very quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were large, clean and easy to use with good water pressure. We weren't interested in sightseeing, we just wanted to rest before carrying on to the next leg of our trip, so for us this was perfect. The lady at the front desk was very kind, she printed our Eurostar tickets and helped us book a taxi to Kings Cross Station London.

We arrived in from Spain late, we checked in very easy and quick, the rooms are excellent and the breakfast very good. The Staff are really good people this is a good, new, well run hotel with good people who care. We really did enjoy the stay and it was an excellent start to a short break in London on return from Spain.

Excellent. Room very clean and tidy. Staff polite and restaurant excellent. Would recommend this hotel for certain. My only quibble was that there was no shower cap and as I am short it was difficult to keep my hair dry whilst showering. The food and staff and decor in the restaurant was worthy of praise.
