Clean, crisp and luxurious !
Kay and Mark are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge about the area.
All rooms are good size and very tastefully decorated. Bathroom facilities are superb!
Wish we could have stayed longer .

We loved staying here. Mark and Kay were super helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and the accommodation superb. Our room was large and the bed wonderfully comfortable with soft clean white linen. The bathroom was to die for: very big with an ultra modern walk in shower that could be adjusted to suit, and there was also a hand shower. The breakfast was excellent and generous, enjoyed out doors in the small front garden. This place is warmly and highly recommended.

Room Tip: Any room in this superior establishment is a good room.

We have stayed at Sainte-Helene and it is there great.
We were nice and cozy received by Mark and Kay.
The room is great and the bathroom superior.

The bed has delicious crispy sheets and bath towels are nice and soft.
Everything is wonderfully clean and fresh you can imagine yourself in an incredible luxury.

The breakfast is delicious and in the meantime we have cosy rumored with Mark and Kay.
This summer we go with our 4 kids back.

We have a lot of hotels and lodgings in other countries done but this is so far the very best.

Cannot fault the accommodation or the owners. Breakfast is perfect, and the whole area so worth seeing. Get down to the Canal du Midi, have a meal in Hohms, go to Narbonne and Carcassonne, or just enjoy the local square and the nearby restaurants, and be prepared to slow down and unwind.
Mark and Kaye know the area so well and very helpful with directions and maps.
Highly recommended.

Wow, our stay here was the highlight of our holiday. Kay & Mark were incredible hosts of this fabulous B&B, everything was beautiful: from the gorgeous decor, crisp linen and delicious food to the super comfortable bed and amazing shower. Kay even helped me by bringing in both an excellent in-house masseur for my sore shoulder and also a good hairdresser - very helpful when I was away on a long holiday. Mark drove us to wonderful nearby restaurants so we could enjoy the local wines, gave us heaps of helpful advice to find things and even helped us start the car! Monsieur Gabby the cat adds his own homely yet elegant touch. Olonzac is in the middle of a beautiful working village, with a Tuesday market and heaps of superb local sites to visit. Definitely make this a stop on your trip, I reckon you'll love it as much as we did.

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful

This charming B&B had everything to offer. The rooms were light, airy, and very spacious, every night after sampling many of the regions delights you would know you were in for a good night’s sleep with super comfortable beds and linen.
Olonzac is a delightful town with lots to offer and surrounded by so many other locations for day trips galore. Kay and Mark were fantastic hosts, nothing they would not provide to make your stay that much more special….must be that Kiwi hospitality, would not stay any where else.

We stayed at Sainte-Helene in the summer and had a wonderful time. Kay and Mark are both very welcoming and made our stay extra special. We stayed in the apartment, which was very well equipped with very generous welcome back, including milk, fresh jam, ground coffee, cheese, wine, and even more, perfect to get you started.

Mark even took us around on a wine and olive tasting day, which was brilliant, although I would recommend not doing this on your final night as our trip back to the airport took us 3 hours instead of 40 minutes after too many bottles of red the night before.

It was very relaxing to talk with Mark and Kay in the evening on the terrace, talking through where we had been in the day and for some more tips for the following day with a glass of wine. Mark is very knowledgeable about the area, and has lots of recommendations and advice along with maps and guides. The area is so picturesque and there is so much to see. We particularly enjoyed swimming in the river and lake and I would through recommend Carcassonne it's magical.

Sainte-Helene is a unique place to stay, I can honestly say I have never felt so welcome before as when we stayed at Sainte-Helene. We are hoping to come back and stay again soon.

Room Tip: We loved the apartment
