Have stayed at Premier Inns before but this was so quaint and different. As someone else has said - converted stables- although someone told us converted coachhouse. Anyway all on ground level, parking right outside the door, very good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. On the morning after we had checked out our car wouldn't start, the guy on reception offered to make us tea while we waited for RAC man.
The restaurant opposite was really good, food piping hot and the tenderest lamb I have ever eaten, although the one negative - green beans hard as iron! but we didn't have to wait long for our meal. We have already made another two bookings for June and July at this Premier Inn. GREAT.More
