I need to inform about the services provided by the hotel, when I lost my glasses around the hotel. At that time I had to return to Jakarta, the hotel will try to find and send the package if it is found. Sure enough a few days later, I got a package from the hotel. Thank you very much

Stayed there only for a night. It's 5 minutes from the main street by walking. Very clean for a budget hotel but they didn't help to find transportation with good price so we got taxi from the street. Bangsal Port drop for Rp 160k ? You must be kidding.

Good value for budget. Location is fine, not far from the main road. The garden is lovely and standard rooms are basic but clean.
Staff is mostly friendly... but still some of them are here to sell you cheap tours which might not be the best option.

I booked standard room with fan for 150k IDR/night, and its awful! So i upgraded to standard with AC for 250k IDR/night and found a very cozy room away from noisy Senggigi center area.
Stayed for 2 nights, nice pool, but limited option breakfast.
Two thing i liked about this hotel is 10min walking to beach & it's near to Senggigi center area, where you can find restaurant, mini market, shops, etc

It didn't start really nicely, since the hotel fail to give us the proper information of our options of transport from airport to hotel. And it gave us sense that the hotel is pushing us to use the local driver with an expensive charge, we found out later that some of the infos that given by the staffs were untrue. Me and my friends stayed here for a night in a standard ac room. The rate suites our budget. The room is great, clean and comfy. The location is close to the beach and tourist area, but to reach the main road we have to walk around 200 m, and it gets really dark in the night. The problem that annoyed us was that the hotel gave our number to the driver and we receive some travel promotions and keep being asked about that. We choose to switch hotel for the other night

Well, not sure where to begin.

We booked standard rooms originally but when we checked into our rooms, they both stank badly. Even after requesting for some air fresheners, the stench wont go away so we decided to upgrade ourselves into their most expensive room (the superior rooms). There was still a certain unpleasant smell about it but it was much more bearable. Beds were still not comfortable but slightly better than the standard rooms and the wi-fi barely worked. Breakfast is nothing much to shout about (you can even skip it if you choose to sleep in). You get to choose either soggy 'toast' bread with an egg or banana 'pancakes' (or so they call it). The only good thing about this place is it's located in the middle of Senggigi (although you need to take a 5-7 minutes walk out to the main road). I think for the price we paid, you could've gotten a much better place along the main road though.

P/s: There is a mosque right next to the hotel so just take note of that.

Room Tip: Pick the superior rooms for a slightly more comfortable room and lesser walking to do. The other roo...
