“We loved it again and will be back again!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2011

A lovely weekend break for our 1st wedding anniversary! After holding our wedding at the hotel last year my husband thought it was a good idea to go back and celebrate! We stayed in the Boutique room again which is modern huge, overlooking the gardens, with double shower, jacuzzi bath, air-con just perfect. The cost includes dinner so the price is very reasonable as we find the food in the restaurant of excellent quality and the service the same. We had treatments massages/facials etc which were sooo relaxing and we also used the gym and the pool. We find all of the staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly and Sue the wedding co-ordinator welcomed us back and remembered us from the year before. A perfect weekend away.

We had a lovely 2 night mid week break (including breakfast) at the Park Farm Hotel. We'd requested a Deluxe room for 2 aduls and 2 children. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was huge which was definitely a plus for us. A sofa bed for our 3 year old and a cot for our 6 month old was provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Overall, we had a relaxing break and have no complaints! Would definitely go back!

we stayed in an executive room which was lovely, clean and spacious. hotel facilities were great and had a great massage with hot stones. trouble is, one of the main things for me when i go away on a break is good food and on both nights i was disappointed, esp the severely undercooked calves liver i was served on the second night. clearly i look like hannibal lecter, although the chianti was very good!!

Although on the outskirts of Norwich this hotel proved to be the ideal place for a relaxing weekend away. A warm and friendly atmosphere greeted us on arrival. Service was a little slow in the dining room - however better than being rushed. Food was excellent and well worth the wait. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Our room was on the first floor with a small balcony overlooking the pond and terrace. Very tranquil. Although there were some children staying at the hotel the facilities were large enough for them not to disturb us. (Having a child free stay away). The pool looked inviting although time didn't allow us to take advantage of the facilities. Hence a trip back to sample more is on the cards.

Great hotel but stay clear from wing furthest awAy from entrance- small and pokey! If you get a cheap deal or book via expotel for business you will likely end here! Otherwise very good!

We had a really good couple of days at Park Farm. Would agree with the person who said that the entrance sign is too small when arriving. However staff very welcoming, room OK but fairly basic and needs some repairs ie chips out of furniture, double glazing steamed up, carpet well worn. Bed very comfortable though and balcony outside room good to sit on for your coffee.

Meals in the bar were excellent as was breakfast.

Major problem on the 2nd (Friday) night was being in a room with only an adjoining (locked) door next to 2 very noisy "guests". I reported this twice to the night porter which made little difference as the noise continued until 2.00am, putting a bit of a downer on the stay. The receptionist was sympathetic but I think rooms with poor soundproofing should be allocated better as I feel that there were other rooms empty to allow spacing between occupied rooms.

Overall though would definitely go back but perhaps on 2 midweek nights and try to select room without adjoining door (if any?).

Room Tip: Perhaps upgraded room. Value for money?
