Perfect start, wonderful pool looking out to the sea. Breakfast was excellent served in wonderful setting. Swedish host is only to keen to help and chat. The 'honeymoon' suite (wasn't our honeymoon and still pretty cheap) had private balcony looking out to sea. Towels provided, very clean and good hot water. Only slight down side is it is a bit of a walk into town. Preferred walking along beach at low tide. Excellent local seafood restaurant just up road. Suggest hiring driver for transferring to ubud via banjur hot springs, twin lakes, temple danau bratan, coffee plantation and mengwi temple. 550,000.

What a wonderful location. Friendly owner and his wife. We stayed in the villa just 8 m frim the sea and later in the garden.
The sea villa is bigget moderner and a little bit more expensive. The owner helped us out with our travel to Yocjakarta. The bus stopped just before the entrance of the resort.
Beautiful garden with lots of flowers this is clearly the hobby of the wife.
Went for snorcling and early morning rise for the dolphin show with many other boats ......
A place to recommend

We booked to stay here in April. The room was not as we were expecting (after reading so many great TA reviews). The owner and staff are very friendly but the room and the beach were unfortunately disappointing.

Very nice bungalows, absolutely clear, cosy... enough privacy for everybody. It is a very busy place because of the road next to the resort. Good approach to Lovina. A bit poor menu - specially for vegetarians. If the owner cooks, it is much better ;-). If the employees, it is a bit poor. The small beach in front of resort is dirty, not very cosy. But this is a problem of all beaches around....

We stayed here 2 nights and for the first day we were the only guests at the small hotel. The staff waited on us hand and foot and we did not even ask for anything. They were so nice and receptive. Our room overlooked the beach and there was a tiny beach at the hotel with tons of beautiful shells on the beach. The food at the hotel was amazing. This was where we discovered Bali coffee (a must have). The hotel is clean and comfortable and anything you need or want the staff will fix for you. We wanted to go dolphin watching and they took us out on their personal boat at sunrise for a very inexpensive price. After staying here nothing else on our trip compared!

Room tip: Request a room with a view of the beach for only a bit more money
