We booked the Mirabella trip through the Celebrity Reflection. First, the guy wasn't at the dock to meet us on time...he was late. Then he sent us over to the dock by ourselves as he had to get the people from the other ship and walk them over. When we got to the boat, you could see it was a bit 'tired'. They had towels on the deck where we all stepped on which I thought was odd, but after we were underway, I realized why. The decks are very slippery as the deck coating is really worn off. I think that is dangerous. Anyway, off we went, under motor power in spite of the fact that there was lots of wind. We went around the corner from the bay where the cruise ships are docked to the floating Tiki, which is a terrible snorkel site if you want to see fish etc. They have a sunken helicopter, a boat and some other things, but the 2 times we've been there, the fish are noticeably absent and the water is very murky - hard to see. They did not give a safety talk as we have had on every other snorkel trip we have been on. It was our friends first such trip, so we gave them our version of the safety talk. Also, no offers to give newbies instructions - very poor. After snorkelling we continued on to a beach, again without putting the sails up. We asked if they would be putting the sails up on the way back and were told that no, the wind was blowing the wrong way. So we asked why they didn't put the sails up on the way out and the guy said there was no wind. Like we can't tell if it's windy or not! It's pure laziness on their part. The beach we went to was nice. The drinks flowed freely on the way back but again, the slippery deck made it difficult to walk around. Overall it was a pleasant day on the water, but certainly not worth the $75.00 per person that we paid.
