We arrived late but it was not a problem for the Deakins. They went out of their way to help make sure our stay was trouble free. Breakfasts were lovely and our room, which was a downstairs suite, was perfect. Every morning she would offer to replace out towels and give us new ones. My husband and son were fishing and came in late several times as well and Mary Helen was helpful in finding restaurants that stayed open later. Don was wonderful talking about the maple sugar trees and the history of the area and his farm. They are both fascinating people and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Their fresh farm veggies are great-very inspiring here. We were here for 5 nights and loved every minute.
