We returned last weekend from the most amazing week at Covivoli. This was our second time staying but our last visit was some time ago whilst child free, this time we took with us our two young children. We knew the house was stunning and the location beautiful and relaxing but we hadn't been aware of how well set up the house is for young children. There are lots of childrens' books, films and toys provided which our two adored and kept them going during our inevitable early morning wakings. All of this combined with a big pool and a range of interesting and friendly modestly sized local towns to explore provided us with exactly what we needed. We simply could not have enjoyed it more.
We've been to Covivoli many times now, in all seasons. We love it. It's a little bit of paradise. The property is a wonderful mix of old authentic Italian style and all mod cons, lovingly restored by its owners. In the summer we lounge by pool or on the terrace, with its fabulous views. In the spring or autumn we spend more time exploring the amazing local restaurants, markets and hill top towns. The icing on the cake is Fernanda, their housekeeper, who is on hand if you need anything and will even cook an evening meal if you want it.
