Booked as a cheap accommodation base for extended family break. We came from all over the country to meet here. Arrived couple hours early, vans were ready and they gave us keys. Spotlessly clean, non smoking and next to each other (we paid an upgrade fee of twenty pounds per van for this via email communication after booking ).

The park has a nice play ground for kids, a reasonably priced shop for basics, nice lay out.

Didn't use facilities as just used it as a base. However we did try the 'fish and chip shop ' DO NOT BOTHER. absolutely terrible. Frozen oven type chips and what looked and tasted like a frozen piece of fish. For around 6 pounds i would expect normal chip shop quality. The three children ages 3, 4 and 6 refused to eat them.

Other than that a great little place, helpful staff, close to Poole (which is nice) and some amazing beaches.

We stayed here with out 2yr old in may in a holton caravan. Caravan very clean and in a lovely sunny spot.
Spent first 3 days onsite due to fine weather and used the pool we were frustrated to find a band system in place and snotty pool attendants trying to dictate heath and safely points to me and eventually asking us and the que behind us to wait 30mins before entry..this did irritate us a lot as it made our boy cry as he couldnt understand why he couldnt go in the pool yet; However the pools are a lovely temperature from the heating and there were plenty of chairs. The indoor pool was clean and also a good temperature for littlins.
The evening entertainment started at 630 with a kids disco whick consisted of around 7 pop songs a mascot dance then a show aimed at slightly older kids...whatever happened to the birdie song for kids discos???
The adult shows were tame except for ROCK TOWER you must make a pointbof watching this one its fantastic. The others were a bit as i say tame..one clearly infringed some copyright in my opinion also. Fish and chips onsite i wouldnt reccomed.
Another gripe...we paid almost £400 for a week stay,I am aware that the sun have a holiday offer for 4 night breaks at great discounted rates £76ish for 4 people..i do not need to be reminded of this fact every evening in some cheap shot joke by the entertainers.made me feel bitter when it didnt need to be an issue.

Anyway moving on... we used the 10am tots time which our boy really enjoyed and the troopers were kind and attentive with him.

We visited bornemouth beach, weymouth sea life and upton country park which is free and i think was by far my favorite day out!

We love this park and would love to come again but i think we may join the bandwaggon and go sun...or go for real sun abroad next year for the price we paid.

Spent a long weekend here and everything was great. The park was really clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There's lots of things to do on the park from swimming, tennis, arcades and nightly entertainment which was good. The bar and restaurant prices were good and the area of the caravans was nice. The inside of the caravans were spot on, so clean and roomy. Flat screen tv, central heating and very homely inside. The area is close to supermarkets and a short drive from Poole which is a gorgeous place. Would defiantly recommend staying here.

we spent long w/end at sandford, our second visit.very friendly staff from reception to bar/restaurant.bar service a bit slow, food in restaurant excepional for holiday park, good quality and good quantity.service very quick. we upgraded to a bulbury caravan which was spotless and very well equipped, flatsceen tv,d/glazed and c/heating.outside pool very warm, but would be nice if indoor pool opened a bit earlier for adult only swimming, 10am is a bit late to open with no adult only times. overall a great holiday park, will be back .

Room Tip: upgrade to top caravan, its worth it.

We recently visited this holiday park in early May my wife and I were really enjoyed our stay. On entering the park to check in we noticed how tidy and clean the place looked. Our caravan was excellent, most of the caravans have there own private space in woodland .There is a big area for dog walking and loads of outdoor activities. At night the young entertainers did a grand job and the shows were great to watch. The bar prices were ok and the food was also very reasonably priced and very good.We visited Poole and Swanage which were only a short ride from the park. I would certainly return to this lovely park.

Room Tip: Have the better quality caravan.
