Very good value for money. Conveniently located. Staff are very helpful, and keep their guarantee if something goes wrong without making a fuss or arguing that it was your fault. They emailed my home to say the problem was dealt with.

Had a 1 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were the premier inn standard found in other hotels and the adjoining pub was very big, clean and with friendly staff.

The rooms on the back overlook the pub play area, but it is quite of an evening. The hotel car park is quite big too so no squabbling for spaces.

The hotel itself is quite easy to find, just off the Humber bridge (£1.50 to cross each way, have correct money) and close to the Country Park and Hassle Foreshore (worth a walk along the foreshore)..

The food in the pub is value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Premier Inn, as a chain, are owned by Whitbread, as are the adjoining restaurants in the guise of Beefeater, Brewer's Fayre, Taybarns and Table Table and when you dine in one of these places, you get reasonable value for money, but they don't provide a culinary experience to remember? However, at this location, the food is just awful!

I travel regularly for business and whilst I'm free to choose where I stay, I opt for Premier Inns, as their standard is very good and normally, you know that wherever you sleep, the beds are great, staff are helpful and they do exactly what it says it will on the outside of the tin and at this location, it's no different. I've stayed here three times and as usual, (sorry to sound repetitive), staff are terrific, the rooms are absolutely fine and the last couple of times I even had a view of the bridge from my room, so from the hotel's viewpoint, it's all good and I can't praise you highly enough, but then there's the adjoining Brewer's Fayre?

When working away from home, I often drive hundreds of miles a day and having sat on motorways, or in meetings, at the end of a long day, all I want is to have a bite to eat and a sound night's sleep, but even sticking to the proven rule of ordering something that has to be cooked fresh, (not boiled in the bag), so that it can't be messed-up, i.e., a burger, or a mixed-grill, is no safeguard at this location!

I've eaten there three times now and whilst their breakfasts are as good as anywhere, (must be a different person cooking?), I've had three lousy meals, with food either overcooked, undercooked, or eggs dried-up, etc, resulting in lousy experiences all round! In fact, when I next travel to Hull on business, I'll be booking a different Premier Inn and probably one that's not quite as close to my meetings, just because the dining is so horribly poor!

So, my advice to anyone is, if you need to stay at this location, book the hotel with complete confidence in knowing tat you'll be looked after just fine, (they are missing the standard equipment vending machine in reception, as space is at a premium), but from an evening dining viewpoint, avoid this Brewer's Fayre like the plague!!

Room Tip: If you can, ask for a room at the rear, that will overlook the gardens and maybe even the Humber Bridge, as it's a better view than the car park!

After a comfortable stay with no hiccups and staff being extremely friendly and helpful, we had a call to say we had left a kindle in the room. we were too far to go back but Mum was returning to Spain 3 days later so they posted it recorded delivery the same day and it arrived, neatly packaged within 48hrs. They went the extra mile that makes them stand out from the rest :-))))

Very comfortable. Excellent position- only 5 min drive from Hull center, 15min walk to the Humber Bridge Country Park and 2 min from the A63.
Pleasant helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet even though close to the main road with well kept outside areas.
As with all premier inns attached to an eatery, Brewers Fayre- Home Farm. See separate review.
Only downside is that the rooms are heated but not air conditioned. Probably not a problem most of the year, but the night we stayed in July was very warm. The hotel do provide floor fans in all the rooms, but even with that running all night, the room got up to 27 degrees.
Would i stay here again? Definitely Yes.
