Stayed here for 2 weeks, Mon to Fri, on business, and this place is ideal. So much better than the other, more expensive place I stayed not far from here! Traditional rooms all well designed with everything you'd expect on hand. Friendly, professional, helpful staff, and wonderful cooked breakfast!
Also plenty of secure parking spaces front and back. Maybe an option of an evening meal would be perfect but overall a great B&B.

Stayed here to attend event city was only £6 there in a taxi. Was met by a friendly man and shown to room he was very helpful and told us about a strip of bars and restaurants just down the road which we went to after the event only a few mins walk back to the hotel and a decent place for drinks and food . Our room was the budget but it was more then adequate for our needs, clean and comfy with tea/coffee facilities.the rest of the hotel looked nice, parking was tight.the only little problem was the door frame had gaps all way round and it let all the light in from the landing I had to put pillows on the floor trying to cover gaps as it was keeping me awake as did the early morning traffic. Would recomend.

Myself and my cousin stayed here on a Saturday night while exhibiting at a 2 day event at Event City in Manchester. We arrived and were greeted by Lee who took us to our room and showed us around, also advising us on the local area and things to do nearby. We were tired after a long day and after some deliberating decided we just fancied a chilled out night, so we asked Lee if it would be okay for us to order some food and eat it at the hotel, he not only set a table for us in their kitchen/diner; he advised us where the local shop was so we could get some beers to have with our meal. Once our food arrived we tucked in and had a good chat with Lee and got to know each other, we had a great laugh and I can honestly say I've never been to a hotel in the UK where I've been made to feel so at home. The place was spotless, the breakfast in the morning couldn't have been better and bearing in mind the local Premier Inn quoted us nearly triple the price - I can safely say we found an absolute gem. We look forward to our next stay.

We stayed here for two midweek nights in March. The welcome was warm. The service was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. Parking is free and the hotel is only 10 mins walk from Eccles tram stop with frequent services to the City. Highly recommended.

If we come back to this area then this is where we will stay again. The house is very nice inside. Very tasteful. The outside needed a little sharpening up but to be fair we did visit winter so maybe I'm being a little harsh. Anyhow, we had a nice greeting on arrival. Our room was not quite ready as we were early but we where shown where it was. Popped down to the high st for a quick lunch and returned to a lovely clean, warm and nicely done out room. Breakfast was great and you felt you could ask for anything you wanted. Great location as train station and trams are just 10mins walk. Good way to get into central Manchester. Choice of eating places 5 mins walk away. Excellent value
