“Not a great place”
Review of Play Planet

The play centre itself is not bad but expensive for what it is and charge for adults. Food left a lot to be desired. Kids lunch box was expensive for a cheap bag of crisps sandwiches was cheap white bread and a very old banana would not go back

I have been to Play Planet quite a few times with the children and for some parties.

I have to agree with many of the other reviewers about the generally surly staff, high prices and poor quality food. One member of staff in particular gets the children's attention by whistling loudly at them, like dogs. It's far from friendly or professional.

It could be so much better. The last few times I've been it's been much quieter and I wonder if people are beginning to stay away.

We took our grand daughter here to play to hopefully tire her out,..
When you enter there is a not pleasant aroma,,the staff are busy chatting rather than getting tables tidied and making sure their customers are ok...I think it's abit over priced for the adults to sit and watch...the food and drinks are expensive,,my daughter bought a pizza and cheesy chips for lunch for all of us to share...yuk...wouldn't have food there again,..we left most of it...,even though people were coming and going,,tables to be cleared still the staff too busy talking instead of working,,what a job...not impressed with the place....

This isn't the largest of play areas to visit. I came with my 6 year old and he will soon be too old to visit. There was a strong smell of urine upon entering the building which was off putting. The entry fee was £6.25 for my lad and £1.00 for the adult. There is no Wi-Fi so take a book if taking your child. There are a number of slides and climbing activities and a small fenced off baseball court. We are unlikely to visit again
