I regularly stay here on business. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street. Plenty of free parking. The rooms are small and are not the most modern, but they are clean and functional and have free wifi. Restaurant is very good, with plenty of choice. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Bromley Court to visit my daughter who works and lives in Bromley. We arrived quite a bit early and your room was not quite ready. Of course, this was expected. We asked the front reception about our room and requested a room away from the lift and the party rooms. I mentioned to the front reception that I had read the reviews on trip advisor. They acquiesed and were very receptive to my request.
The venue was exactly what I expected . Close to restaurants, within walking distance, only one bus ride to the train station. The people of Bromley are so helpful with directions.
The concierge suggested we have dinner at an Indian restaurant, within walking distance from the hotel. The Manhuwan? restaurant( a trip adviser winner for 2013) , great choice, food was excellent and the staff very very pleasant. We got a 15% discount on our bill because we were referred by the concierge and we also got an after dinner drink, on the house. Very nice touch.
The hotel gardens are wonderful , much to see . The layout of the garden offers many flowers , statues and urns, beautiful at sunset when the light shines on the trellis and upon the flowers. The garden was my selling feature for this hotel.
We had 4 wonderful nights at this hotel and I would recommend it fully. You need to look beyond.
Loved it

Room Tip: make sure the hot tub works and stay away from a room that faces the parking lot.

Originally I posted a 1 star review as I was taken very ill, left the hotel in an ambulance, to find they had charged us for the 999 call!
We complained to the hotel and they couldn't have been more apologetic and were concerned that it had happened, blaming their automatic call service, which they will be investigating so it doesn't happen again.

The room was very very small but clean with everything you need. We were there for a murder mystery evening, the food wasn't all that with tiny portions of quite simple food but the staff were lovely and very helpful.

I would come back here for a similar event and want to thank them for the time and care they took over my complaint.

I stayed on a livingsocial murder mystery deal which included dinner, entertainment and breakfast the next day. The room was clean and had everything you needed but was quite small and a bit too hot for our liking. The booking had been for 2 double rooms (we went with another couple) and they only provided one double and then said the other had to be a twin and could not be changed as they were fully booked- this was a real shame and no apology was made so we were disappointed with the receptionists attitude. A simple sorry would have sufficed!
The food was good but not great for the main meal- they were a bit stingy with the main course only having one chicken leg and a few potatoes and carrots but the other courses were nice. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice- the sausages were fab!
The entertainment was fun and I think it was good value for what we paid overall.

Room Tip: my friends said that they were woken up by the staff doing the recyling bins early on a Monday morni...

Booked an executive suite. Paid £155. Other people we met paid only £115 and had a fruit bowl delivered to their rooms as per room description for executive room. We told reception our fruit bowl hadn't arrived and the person seemed suprised but didn't care or order it! Towels were old and thin and frayed - fit only for the bin. we left "do not disturb" on and when we cam back it had been removed- we foolishly thought this was so they could replenish towels ans place Our executive room perks ... NO! nothing had been done! dirty towels Remained. Staff were indifferent. They take pets and we asked for a room lets hasn't been in due to allergies... Answer was pets could go in any room! Surely you would set some aside?! Ruined our stay by not providing perks of an "executive double" ... We could've save £60+ and booked a standard room. Stay at travelodge instead a better value& better service.

Last stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and little had changed. The staff are very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the fact that the rooms, although clean, look "tired" and are very dated. I had a bar snack on arrival at the hotel which I thought seemed a bit expensive when ordering. When it arrived it was not a bit expensive, it was an out and out rip off - £16.25 for 10 pieces of the cheapest frozen scampi, a scoop of tasteless oven chips and a bit of salad garnish. Needless to say I eat out for the rest of my stay!
