Just back from a fantastic stay. The booking was simple with all my questions answered as we was travelling up for a wedding and needed some details of distances etc. Christine who runs the guest house contacted us on the day checking on our time of arrival making sure she was home to greet us. The room was large with nice added extras - slippers, robe and a hair dryer. Nothing was a problem Christine gave us details of where to eat, taxi numbers and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was in a lovely room with a telly and never ending amounts of tea, coffee and toast as well as a lovely cooked breakfast. All in all home from home!

Room Tip: Only two rooms and both lovely.

very warm welcome in lovely surroundings. Our room was very clean and comfortable with an en=suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent full English and cereals etc.
Christine our hostess was one of the nicest people we have met and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and catered for. At £60 per night excellent value too we will definitely be back when in the area.

Thank you to the proprietor Christine who stayed in to greet us on our late arrival. The property is a converted farm house circa 1840, which has been sympathetically restored to successfully juxtapose the old and modern.
Our brief stay was topped off by the comprehensive breakfast and at £60 per night for a room and breakfast for two, you will go a long way to better it. Location is equidistant between Blackpool and Preston with plenty of dining options in the village of Great Eccleston, or in many of the country pubs just a few miles away. A great stopping off point if venturing to the Lake District or Scotland. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All rooms are of a high standard
