This place is an outdated hotel with nice people trying to help with just no resources at all. Stay away from this, it's not worth your money. Not very clean, only hotwater when the boiler is working(!), this are not fixed, hot room upstairs, really weak poor breakfast. Yes you can get thé if you find the thébags ;) The area feels exotic and like beeing somewhere in India.

Booked this hotel as it was only £84 for 2 nights (fri/sat) and as we were booking last minute the next option was a travel lodge at £185.
we went for this as the cheaper option, after all its only somewhere to sleep!

the room was very basic, just bed and side table with small tv. the bathroom was shared and on the other side of the floor but was ok.

the area isnt the nicest, i got approached twice whilst smoking outside by people thinking i was a prostitute!! (trust me i do not look like one!)

if you visiting the area for a quick visit or concert then its ok for a night or 2.

In all honesty, this hotel is brilliant if you are willing to take your own towels, own toilet rolls, own maintenance man, own light bulb, own engineer man.

So we arrive and the toilet light is not working, we contact reception then about half an hour later they turned up to tell us we would have to wait till tommorow for the engineer man. So basically we cant go to the toilet without leaving the door wide open. Also, there were no toilet rolls or towels when we arrived.

The next day (our last day) we asked about the light, he said 'sorry engineer man not feeling well'

So for our full stay there were no lights in the bathroom.

Another thing is the Wifi, free wifi is advertised however if your staying on the top floor the wifi will not connect.

do not stay here. im an electrical contractor and have stayed in every part of the country.
I have experienced this once before in dover so I know what im talking about FLEES in the beds.
Southall is a mainly Asian community and believe me the sights you see on the streets reminded me of a 3rd world country, food being served from street corners from filthy pots, rubbish piled high on streets and even a dead rat on the pavement.
the smell from rubbish bags ripped open by rats cats and foxes is horrendous and the so called refuse collection do not clear this up if its ripped open.
when will southerners wake up to the fact that the rat problem is so bad because they do not use bins. This place is filthy and im no prood. moved room after first night as I only got 2hrs sleep, people shouting on streets all night. after that Wi-Fi didn't work on top floor.
rooms look like they were decorated by a 6 yr old

Room Tip: There are no good rooms this is the worst place ive stayed in 35 yrs of working away.

I found this hotel as it was the only one with a family room free near to legoland after we we're let down with the hotel we had booked with previously. On arrival we were told that they had no travel cot as promised and when walking into the bedroom it was like walking into a sauna, but we bit our lips and thought its only somewhere to sleep as we are not normally the type who moan. Breakfast next morning physically made me sick ,half raw sausage , mouthful of beans and a warm cup of tropical juice. When going to sleep that night I felt something the size of a lady bird crawling on me and hit it to be left with blood on me from the bug. Do not stay at this hell hole unless you want to be eaten alive!!!!

Although my expection was not too high for this budget hotel. Also reading some reviews i had feeling could be worse or may be alight. Was not very happy about entrance between two shop. During check in time I found decent receptionist with amazing manner and he explain everything that we need. Even helped with my luggage to the second floor. I checked in one of double room 206 that was nice clean en-suite bed room.
Closed to Heathrow airport and city centre only 18 minute train from Southall train station and 24 hours bus running to city centre.

This place is filthy, one room dirtier than the next. The bed "looked" clean, but it wasn't. The bathroom at least seemed clean, but they keep the lights on in them to ward off cockroaches apparently. I didn't expect luxury, but are carpets vacuumed this decade a luxury? The walls were grimy and the baseboards coated with itchy neglect. This place was dirty, depressing, and frankly scary.

Forgot to mention that my room door wasn't locked when I got there and people (employees/permanent residents) seem to hang around the hallways skeeving everyone out.

I would like to forget I ever stayed here.
