Last minute booking and was pleased they had availability. Owners nice and friendly but not over the top. Great location and walking distance to the little village. The beds are clean and warm. Ensuite was also good and no complaints. The room was clean and tidy however a little tired but that is fine. Little family of pigs living opposite and wild horses wandering around aimlessly - lovely spot. Breakfast was to die for too!! Overall happy with the stay.

We were staying at this B&B for a friends wedding, and had previously called ahead to say what time we would be arriving and were told that we could arrive from 12. we did arrive just after 12 and our rooms weren't ready, and received quite a frosty welcome from the lady running it.

The rooms were dirty, but did get cleaned whilst we were at the wedding to a good standard. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfy with wonderful smelling sheets! BUT there is a cockerel that starts about 5am!!!

Sadly we couldn't get the WIFI to work, we asked the lady for the code twice, but was too afraid to ask again because it was incorrect and none of us could connect or had any normal signal.

Breakfast was in the Cider Pantry tearoom next door and was lovely, and they have gorgeous little piglets over the road!

I've stayed in a fair few B&Bs and this is the first one I have felt not welcome, also there were no little toiletries in the bathroom and no hairdryer! I would at least have expected a hairdryer. It was a shame because if we were made to feel welcome then this review would be much more positive. sadly not.

We stayed here en-route to out Son's graduation ceremony in Southampton.
It was obviously meant to be as I found it at the last moment when another family cancelled and it transpired that the Lady's sister had attended the same school as my son in Lincolnshire.
The accommodation was welcoming, clean as a new pin, had the comfyest bed in thew world, beautiful gardens and 2 bonkers dogs.
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with loads of choice.
This B&B is nothing short of perfect.

What a delightful place to stay when visiting the New Forest. Burley is lovely!
We stayed here a while ago in 2010.
The B&B was superb, our room was very clean, large and comfortable we had a family room for 4 it was great.
The owners were very helpful, polite and the breakfast was fantastic!
Our children loved it and were made to feel very welcome, they especially liked the abundance of wildlife in the garden, orchard, especially the wild baby ponies that roam around freely.
Just beautiful!!
Will have to return very soon.
Thank you for a really nice family break.
