Thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay, the room was very comfortable and clean, great shower. Free wifi available and 4G coverage. Good choice for breakfast, even down to having your tea bags on the side ;o) We had a couple of meals during our stay which were very good, the roast dinner was perfect. The staff were all delightful, very helpful. No TV or juke box in the bar/restaurant was a joy. We would certainly recommend staying here, a perfect base for exploring the New Forest.

Went for Sunday lunch, my husband had the Sunday lunch which he found to be acceptable. I myself had the butternut squash and goats cheese lasagne both of which were sadly lacking ingredients in my meal. The lasagne was mostly tomato sauce with very little pasta squash or cheese. A bit disappointing really.

We stayed for two nights in room 11
Having stayed local to Burley many times with the children we decided to have a quiet weekend, just the two of us.
We had only eaten in the Burley Inn previously
On arrival we were shown our room and a table was reserved for us in the restaurant
Our stay was from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon
We know the area well and had a great time
Staying in Burley and at the Burley Inn was amazing
Very relaxing and calm
We ate at the hotel both days for breakfast and evening meal
From arrival until we had to leave was lovely
Staff were very helpful and polite
We will definitely stay here again

Room tip: Any room at the front looking out over Burley Cross

Stayed here for a night for a cycling weekend with my hubby. What a fabulous place the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic and the room spotlessly clean. The room wasn't big but it was very comfortable- could do with a lick of paint on the wall at the end of the bed as was a bit worn where people have walked past - not a big enough issue to mark down. Price was very reasonable and the evening menu was great - lovely big portion of what tasted like home cooked food. All in all a great place to stay
