“Dog friendly Norfolk retreat”
Reviewed 21 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Wonderful cottage with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday - including home made cake on arrival! Within easy range of Sandringham - brilliant country park adjacent to THE house - free parking, forest walks with dog and whacky sculpture trail. North Norfolk coastline is stunning - recommend Thornham beach to get right away from everything.

“Lovely cottage, homely touches, very clean, welcoming hosts”
Reviewed 15 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

There was nothing to fault. The cottage was immaculate and a real home from home. The hosts were very welcoming and even left fresh bread, butter, cake and coffee ready for us when we arrived! There was everything you could think of, and more, provided and we would recommend to anyone. Even the dog was provided for with bowls, towels, poop bags etc in case they were forgotten.

Thank you Sue & Freya

“A welcoming cottage for an older family”
Reviewed 2 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

A beautifully appointed and welcoming cottage which was ideal for us as a family with two grown-up daughters and my elderly mother. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. I chose this cottage particularly because of the stair lift to the first floor, which was a real boon. Sue was very helpful in assisting us with a wheelchair and mobility scooter rental for the week from a local shop in King's Lynn which meant we could all enjoy days out. Sandringham in particular was great. We weren't very lucky with the weather and not much to do locally in the rain but the cottage was a good place to spend time together so not a problem.

Dear Mary , Many thanks for your review .It is always lovely when the generations are able to share a family holiday together .The cottage seems well set out to allow for this ,and I am so pleased that you found both the stair lift and mobility hire company ,so user friendly . I hope you will visit us again and have the chance to explore a little more of Norfolk ( with out the rain ) . Best regards Sue
