We dined with Momo on June 3rd and as always the dinner and ambiance was outstanding! We had the "lobster napoleon" and the lamb stew as main dinner selections. Both were outstanding. The lobster Napoleon was very creative with thin turnip slices as the "pastry layers". The lobster was a flavorful reduction of lobster meat and herbs. The highlight of dining at Le Ti Buchon is Momo and his passion for culinary excellence, ambiance and enjoyment. Momo will be taking the summer off to enjoy his beloved Spain and we look forward to visiting again when we return to St.Martin. This is a St. Martin experience not to be missed!
