Beautiful and tranquil with fascinating history. The church is open daily and also offers tea or coffee and cake/biscuits on weekday mornings in summer. Lighting is triggered by the arrival of visitors and helpful information is strategically placed around the building. Unusually for a mediaeval church it has excellent and modern lavatories! Sunday worship is welcoming and uplifting; your people are especially welcome.

Very old church (>600 years) - we attended a wedding service which was lovely. Also visited the church when it was quiet, some very interesting tombstones reflecting the history of the area

Very traditional country church steeped in local history. Friendly elderly small congregation with a traditional service. Stunningly beautiful stained glass windows encased above the robed choir. New vicar looks to be making an impact but a long way to go to attract younger membership. Could move out along the risk curve and become a little more exciting. Maybe repllacing say half the pews with comfortable chairs could do the trick.

Facing opposite Chilham Castle this church is full of history about the local owners of the Castle many of whom are buried here. One of the starting points for the 5 Church Walk on May Bank Holiday, excellent 15 mile walk in beautiful countryside.

Interesting tombs of old occupiers of Chilham castle.
Informative details of church contents on handy wooden holders to enable people to look around church in their own time.
We were lucky heard the wonderful bells being rung
