“Grubby”

We wanted to have tea at this facility but it all felt a little grubby so thought better of it. The tired gifts leading to the tea room should have been the clue to the neglect. Hope that tables outside are wiped down regularly with animals out. The animals and play area are nice but despite seeing hand gels and sinks everywhere it just felt grubby but it is a petting facility with animals and I am sure a better visit for take your own for a picnic with children.

Great place to take kids for the afternoon, lots of animal feed, hens running around and lot of other animals to see and feed. Lovely quirky spaces all over for afternoon tea. Small play park for children and toilets. Food is excellent. AND they sell eggs and have a small shop. Waitresses are lovely and helpful and they sell lots of garden statues and buckets and trivia. Lovely for a lazy afternoon.

A wonderful little gem, popped in a easy to find location. Great homemade items especially the cake and my son would say the oreo milkshake. After the delights of sitting and eating with the back drop of animals we had a wonder around and saw the animals. Good hand facilities for those that want to pet them. All free too, I came home with cherry wine a huge recommendation for that and the youngest fresh eggs for his tea. What more could we ask for an no was the answer to taking the pot belly pig home :)
