Well equipped; short walk to local shops and three quite different pubs.
Great, quiet, riverside location provides wonderful boating and wild life interest.

Once you have been to Noosa, you will certainly want to go back!

Perfect location on the river bank in a lovely Norfolk Village that has all the amenities for a wonderful holiday . Lovely, very clean and homely, very well equiped and warm with a large riverside garden. It has its own wildlife haven in the lagoon at the rear, Swans and 8x cygnets, ducks, various geese and goslings , moorhens and chicks, friendly heron, otter, kingfisher, woodpeckers etc.Lovely areas to sit out and relax as you watch the boats go past. It is quiet and private yet village amenities are within walking distance. Great location for exploring east Norfolk and the coast. Can't wait to return and have a fish, hopefully a bit later this year.
The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and cosy, which was great since the weather was cold and miserable. The location close to the river provides great views of the boats going by. There are many birds to be seen in the gardens and lagoon, including a friendly heron. The seals on Horsey beach are well worth the long walk.
Stayed here for a short break in Feb; the cottage is a fantastic place to stay in Horning which is one of the nicest villages in Broadland. The accommodation itself was perfect for us (2 plus 2 kids), lovely and warm and comfortable and with pubs and a few places to eat nearby. The cottage is right on the main river, and also has a lagoon to the rear which is full of wildlife - it's a really beautiful and peaceful spot. We caught a few fish on the river, you can't fish in the lagoon and it's too shallow anyway really. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom nice, bed comfy - don't know if the TV works because we didn't switch it on - that was a real treat! I'd love to go back, and would recommend a stay at Noosa to everyone.
The cottage is in a fantastic spot with views straight onto the Bure and also behind to a private lagoon. You could have a lovely break just sitting in the front room watching the river life (and at night the stars). We hired a boat from a local company and were able to moor it in front of the property. (Tricky at first but I mastered it in the end, more a reflection of my boat skills than the property.)The beds were comfy, the bedroom quiet, the bathroom new and the kitchen well equipped. It was all sparklingly clean and the wifi worked well. It was freezing outside when we stayed but the loft heating system worked a treat and we were very comfortable. Just what we needed. Would be lovely in the summer sitting by the river in the garden.
