“Noosa Sound”
Reviewed 14 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Horning is a lovely chocolate box village along side the river Bure. Very pretty and unspoilt. The property itself was idyllic. Views of the river and lagoon could be seen all around from the lounge. Noosa Sound was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The welcome tray was a nice touch and we felt very at home. Perfectly placed on the river for the wild life which was plentiful and watching the yachts and boats go by. Enjoyed every minute. Peace and quiet was bliss. Will be back without a doubt. Highly recommend.

“Peace and tranquility on The Broads.”
Reviewed 17 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

What a little gem, tucked away from the main road yet it has a massive river frontage to the main river Bure.
An abundance of wild life will come to your door at feeding time. The heron loves M&S boiled ham.
You need not move your car until you go home as Horning has everything on the doorstep.
Great fishing from the front deck ,with bream and good quality roach in abundance.
All the recent improvements have been brilliant .
So much so that we have already booked for 2018.

“relaxing,comfortable perfect holiday”
Reviewed 17 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Having previously stayed in Noosa in January we booked again for August. Another perfect relaxing break sitting in the garden next to the main River Bure watching the boats go by. Noosa has everything you need for that perfect break. Great fishing location and an abundance of wildlife including Herons,Kingfishers and Owls. The village has eveything you need and 3 pubs. The dogs loved running around the secured garden aswell. The beers and wine was a nice touch too.
Relaxing and perfect thank you Val.

“Wonderful relaxing stay and return”
Reviewed 13 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Just had to return after a fantastic relaxing stay earlier in the year. Once again had a great stay, very quiet, clean and nicely furnished - the perfect base for the broads. Village has basic shops, nice pubs and excellent fish restaurant and Deli. Noosa is perfect if you enjoy fishing with massive river frontage/outside bait fridge and storage. Will come back thanks again, we really think Noosa is fantastic, thanks Val.

“So relaxing!”

We have just returned from another wonderful holiday at Noosa Sound. There is everything you need in this delightful cottage for a relaxing stay. The new bed is very comfortable. From the lounge you have panoramic views of the delightful grounds as well as both the river and the lagoon. We enjoyed watching the kingfisher fishing in the lagoon and the heron was a regular visitor too; he enjoyed preening while standing on the fence which surrounds the decking. We are already looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Noosa Sound must be the best location on the Norfolk Broads. The property itself is delightful, really comfortable and homely and has everything you need including WI-FI and Sky TV. The lounge looks out on to the river and lagoon where you can see an abundance of wildlife and birds, or just watch the boats go by. The village is a ten minute stroll away and has everything!. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this the place
