“Charming Cottage, perfect location ”

We had a wonderful holiday at this delightful cottage. It had everything we needed including a bathroom with power shower, well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge and 2 comfortable bedrooms . The cottage was clean and well presented. It has parking for one car too.

Ideally situated within walking distance of the village post office which sells the delicious 'Norfolk Garden' jams and the village shops and pubs. Across the road from the New Inn which does excellent food and a garden bordering the river with seating and tables plus it is only a couple of minutes walk from Horning Staithe.

The owners if the cottage are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

So glad you enjoyed our cottage as we work very hard to maintain a constant high standard. We also love the New Inn and enjoy the quiz on Friday nights. You must come again and sample the fish restaurant -it's amazing!!

Glad you had a good time. The cycling is great round Horning- fairly flat and quiet little country lanes. It's a great way to explore. Ruth

“Lovely cottage in Horning.”
Reviewed 15 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The cottage was beautifully presented and very clean and tidy. It has a well appointed kitchen/dining area Excellent position opposite the New Inn pub and an easy walk to all the village amenities. Horning made a good base for exploring the area with the possibility of river boat trips and a visit to Wroxham for example.
The only downside was the downstairs toilet, which some might find inconvenient.

“One of the most comfortable and enjoyable weekends I have had for a very long time”
Reviewed 7 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

I found the cottage to be furnished to a very high standard and great decor throughout. The cottage was delightful and it seems as if the owners have taken great care to consider the guests comfort, with extra details such as a range of books to read through and lot of information about the local area.
The cottage is in a beautiful location - Horning, and Horning is well provided with local amenities including 2 great pubs and top quality restaurants. The views across the river are stunning and boat hire is easy.

“Perfect Location”
Reviewed 7 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

The cottage is in a perfect location just across the road from the river and the 2 pubs/restaurants where boats moor and you can sit having a leisurely drink or something to eat and enjoy the peace. The cottage itself is just right for 4 people and is very clean and homely. The only problem in the area is wifi/internet as there is hardly any signal. Wroxham is only a 10 minute drive where there are many shops and eateries and lovely walks along the river.
