This cottage is just perfect in every way, we only stayed here for 3 nights but we felt completely at home! It is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest pub in Giggleswick and 10 minutes walk to Settle, with lovely views from the upstairs windows.
The kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything there that you could possibly need - even a dishwasher! This was a big bonus in my eyes as I really hate having to do the washing up when I'm on holiday. The living room was comfortable and cosy. Upstairs, the bed was really comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows and the shower was fantastic, good water pressure and temperature. There were some really nice touches in the decor, I particularly loved the chandeliers, which were all similar and yet unique in each room. We were travelling with our 2 dogs and even their needs were anticipated, bowls and towels provided especially for them!
Quite often when we go away we stay at B&Bs and we usually spend our evenings in the pub.... we did out 1 night while we were here but the other 2 evenings we were quite content to stay in - having been out climbing and hiking all day, it actually made a nice change to have an environment that we could relax in. I am sure that we will be returning to Sunnybeck, we were lucky to get in at such short notice - next time I will make sure I book further in advance!
We really enjoyed our week at Sunnybeck - a stylish, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped cottage with a charming garden. Carol was welcoming and helpful throughout with a generous and professional approach which we really appreciated.
Giggleswick and Settle are both delightful and we found many great things to do in Dales (caving was particularly memorable). The property is extremely well set up for dogs. Our cockerpoo absolutely loved the huge neighbouring field.
My wife and I spent a week at Sunnybeck in July and both of us absolutely loved it. The cottage is really nice and there's plenty of room. The amenities are all excellent – particularly loved the power-shower. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms (the en-suite is excellent), huge kitchen with a lovely tiled floor, nice lounge. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough. Plus, it's only a five minute walk into the middle of Settle, which is a fantastic (and beautiful) little village with plenty of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.
All in all, a great cottage in a terrific location. Would return in a heartbeat.

This is our second stay at Sunnybeck and the place is still just as charming as it was two years ago. Carol the owner is very prompt at responding to your booking, and is always charming and helpful if you need her during your stay. The cottage has everything you would need to enjoy your break with outstanding views. The kitchen is the heart of the home and where we spent most of our time (when we were out enjoying the beautiful countryside). The cottage is extremely well located with a very pretty and easy walk into Settle. The playing field right next to it is perfect for the dog to run around. We did not want to leave after four days, and are already discussing coming back again next year!

Excellent in all ways.. Carol was helpful and prompt in her replies and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay everything that we had hoped for. Very well furnished and definitely somewhere that we hope to go back to. FIrst holiday away for my parents in a good few years and one that they will talk about for months to come. Thanks Carol.. be in touch again soon.
I spent a glorious time with my brother, mother and father in this wonderful cottage that my family instantly fell in love with. The woman who owned it was lovely and showed us around. Soon we felt like we had our own home in the heart of a place I'd already loved. The beck outside was lovely to listen to and people with dogs will love the field that my dog adored playing in. It seemed like the woman who owned it had thought of everything, like the lovely basket of croissants and jams for our first morning. I can understand why people would want to stay there forever as it is amazing and anyone who has ever been there will agree. Definitely worth while
Cozy, well furnished cottage, with lovely little touches. Carol is a very helpful and friendly host - thanks for a great stay!
