We stayed at this beautiful house for my husbands 70th Birthday with our children & grandchildren for the weekend. The house is amazing, very spacious & ideal for family entertaining. The grand children loved the big garden & the tree swing was a massive hit for them. It was lovely to watch them. The TV was never on or their iPads , they just loved playing there. The owners Andrea & Simon were very accommodating & nothing was a bother! We had a lovely welcome gift of wine, chocolates & flowers which was a lovely touch. We have stayed in both properties & love them both, But think the grandchildren loved Waterside for the big garden & the wildlife, it was a big hit... we will definitely be booking up again as a good time was had by all. Thank you so much Andrea & Simon for sharing these beautiful houses.

Truly stunning.
This was my 4th stay a waterside as we loved it so much we can't stay away .
The house is enormous and very luxurious. Plenty of space for all 10 of us . Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean . Andrea's welcome pack of wine and chocs always goes down well .
They kindly arranged for us to view Seadream, the other terrific house and we plan to book that for another celebration next March .
We were lucky enough to have drinks in the marvellous garden too .

Where do I start?! We stayed here for Christmas, absoloutly loved it from start to finish! The whole place is just Gorgeous inside and out! We walked in and it's the only place where I've been and the pictures don't do it justice as it's even better in real life! The place was so clean, thought the hamper and kids presents were a beautiful touch we were over the moon with them it was a beautiful idea! It had everything we needed, all rooms were spotless and every attention to detail was thought of from clean towels to toiletries. I could not fault anything. The only downside for me is that I don't live here, haha! It's that beautiful xx

Yet again Andrea, provided an excellent experience, easy to book and the facility was fantastic, we returned to book with Andrea because of the excellent experience we had at Seadreams last year.

Waterside took the experience to another level, we used waterside as a base for a golfing tour of Northumberland, and it provided us with everything we could have asked for.

We would return in a heart beat and would thoroughly recommend Waterside to any such group or to a large family group.

We stayed at this beautiful house for my 40th birthday weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. All the bedrooms are spacious but the lounge, dining area and kitchen are huge and really have that wow factor. Such a wonderful place to cook, dine and celebrate in. The garden with large decked area is stunning as is the scenery. A short walk up the road takes you to the local pub and shop. A little further takes you to the beach. The owner, Andrea, could not have been more helpful with any of our queries. Without doubt we will be returning.
