Spent 4 nights with 2 friends late may and had a fantastic time. Kevin & Mark want you to be seen as honoured guests and you are.

Nothing is too much trouble with the 2 letting rooms immaculate with ensuite facilities. We decided to eat in 3 nights with our hosts joining us for dinner on last night. They use local ingredients to serve up typical Spanish cuisine at an excellent price.

We cannot recommend staying here enough for good food, accomodation and friendship.

Enjoy

My wife, daughter and I have just returned from our second 8 day visit in the last 6 weeks. I would not consider going to any other B&B in Spain. Casa Rosa is simply the very best B&B or hotel we have ever stayed in. Mark & Kevin can not do enough to help. Food is excellent. I do not think there is a better B&B or hotel in all of Spain. Mark & Kevin(and little Eddie) should be very proud of there B&B, we could not fault it. Really cant wait for our next visit.

After staying last year at Casa Rosa during a tour of Andalucia we decided to book 10 nights this year and use the B&B as a base. Our last stay was perfect so we hoped this one would be just as good - no idea how Mark and Kevin do it but this stay was even better than perfect!!

The food - for a person who loves cooking it is such a treat to be served dishes that are made with such love and care by Kevin. We didn't even think of eating out - why would you when you can have traditional Spanish food served on the terrace 15 feet from your room??

The service - top class hotels could learn a thing or two from Mark's hosting. And for 10 evenings the table had a different setting, for 10 mornings we had flowers at breakfast. Little touches like the hand made covers on the juice and milk show this establishment really cares about how they do things.

Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms, fantastic rural setting. But what makes it so special for us is Mark, Kevin and their cutest dog Eddie in the whole of Spain (can't say the world as our dog would take the huff!!) We laughed from hugs and kisses on arrival to hugs, kisses and tears on departure. And those kind of holidays are really very precious indeed x

we were recommended by friends to try Casa Rosa and to EAT IN. Excellent advice. Mark and Kevin could not have been kinder nor more attentive. Tea and cake on arrival sitting on the terrace and after a good walk a truly delicious dinner prepared by Kevin. Next morning a proper breakfast to set us on our way. Truly great hosts!

If you love out of the way, 'off the beaten track' places with glorious views of olive trees and want to experience the real authentic Spain, this is the place for you. Mark and Kevin are just about the best, most welcoming hosts you could hope to find running a b & b.They make you feel just like you are visiting family, but even better. There are just two cosy, rustic and beautifully clean rooms, perfect for our family of five. Every day delicious breakfasts are served with fresh eggs from their chickens and homemade yoghurt amongst lots of other things, and in the evening, wonderful home cooked meals with loads of local produce, all washed down with a glass or two of wine are served on the sunny patio. We have been here twice and our children love it and so do we. These guys are funny, gracious, great company and they have the cutest dog in the world to boot. Nothing is too much trouble for them
(they even let me beat them at several games! had to put that in guys!!) We would highly recommend Casa Rosa, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do .

Room Tip: One room is larger and lighter than the other but both are very clean and cosy.

I spent 7 days from 22nd February 2013 until 1st March with Mark and Kevin at Casa Rosa, sorry it has taken so long for me to write this review, it was a lovely week in the most beautiful Spanish countryside, they were perfect hosts no requests were too much trouble for them, even down to washing my clothes.
Mark picked me up from Malaga airport in his car and drove to Casa Rosa in the most torrential rain I have ever seen in Spain, we arrived safely to be greeted by Kevin and offered a much needed gin and tonic, the evening meals were delicious and breakfasts were great too especially as the eggs came from the chickens at Casa Rosa which were lovingly cared for, Mark drove me to the town of Alcala La Real a rather large very impressive town a few times where everything you need can be bought, there is a selection of shops including a Lidl at nearby Almedinilla which is a short drive away, the wine from this region is particularly good and is very inexpensive.I recommend a stay at Casa Rosa to blow away the cobwebs and enjoy the fantastic humour and hospitality of these two wonderful hosts deep in the heart of olive country, I will return again soon to enjoy a real home from home experience with Mark, Kev and Eddy their lovely little dog.
