Typical Premier Inn, reliable, and reasonably priced, ideal for a short stay, with friendly staff and comfortable accomodation. Not being as light sleeper it was not a big problem but a bit noisy for some perhaps as room was located near extractor fan or similar. Room 50A was a bit quirky, about 3 or 4 times the size of what you might expect, big empty spaces, almost needed binoculars to see the tv. But not a problem for an overnight stop.

Room Tip: 50A a bit noisy for the light sleeper.

A regular premier inn, but worth considering for Liverpool as it's quiet and close to the city.
Very friendly staff, and very keen to make sure you have eaten enough! Lovely breakfast and top quality poached eggs, always a good sign of a well kept kitchen
Give it a try for a good acoustic welcome

Great service, great team, clean and affordable accommodation, close to local amenities including bus route and two train stations. Lovely restaurant. What more can i say? ............................

There was nothing wrong with the stay, just a bit of noise as it is an old building with thin walls. The bed was really comfy and big, as is usual for all premier inns. However I think premier inn have a cheek to charge what they do. I am from Liverpool and know that you can get much more for your money if you shop around. The only reason I chose here is because it's located close to my family home so was easy for me to see them as I was visiting.

The staff where brilliant, plenty of parking and the breakfast was stunning. The only downside is the fact that you have to pay for wifi on top of the extortionate room cost. In my view wifi is a utility now, just as important as the heating, it should be free.

My rating would of been a lot higher if it weren't for the the price tag. Thanks for a lovely stay.

First visit to this Premier Inn. Really friendly staff on arrival. Room was on top of the door to the bar which was loud when it banged to and as it was Easter it was very busy. A trip to reception to a very helpful member of staff who immediately moved us to another room. This room was ideal as it was peaceful. Spotlessly clean as usual. Location great for Liverpool city centre and free parking at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Will be back again.
