Absolutely can't fault it! Just a quick visit to Liverpool, and staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent value for money, really couldn't ask for more....will be back!

stayed here on a Friday night and our room was above the pub area, at first we where a little concerned as we are early to bed people but we were pleasantly surprised as the noise was very minimal. the room was clean as usual and the bathroom was to. it did not get the 5 out of 5 as it was not up to date as other premier inn we have stayed in. the girl on the front desk was lovely she was very polite and was willing to ask any questions we had. there is not much about in the area there is the usual pub attached and another just down the road. it was very handy for our trip to Liverpool town centre and the docks

Room Tip: ask to be near the front desk as if you are in 1 of the rooms above the pub it is a long way with a...

We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and had a trouble free check in. The hotel had free parking and we got the train into liverpool which cost about 10 pound for three of us and took 15 mins much less hassle than taking the car. it was a comfy , clean hotel we also ate in the restaurant which was also good .

Typical Premier Inn, reliable, and reasonably priced, ideal for a short stay, with friendly staff and comfortable accomodation. Not being as light sleeper it was not a big problem but a bit noisy for some perhaps as room was located near extractor fan or similar. Room 50A was a bit quirky, about 3 or 4 times the size of what you might expect, big empty spaces, almost needed binoculars to see the tv. But not a problem for an overnight stop.

Room Tip: 50A a bit noisy for the light sleeper.

A regular premier inn, but worth considering for Liverpool as it's quiet and close to the city.
Very friendly staff, and very keen to make sure you have eaten enough! Lovely breakfast and top quality poached eggs, always a good sign of a well kept kitchen
Give it a try for a good acoustic welcome

There was nothing wrong with the stay, just a bit of noise as it is an old building with thin walls. The bed was really comfy and big, as is usual for all premier inns. However I think premier inn have a cheek to charge what they do. I am from Liverpool and know that you can get much more for your money if you shop around. The only reason I chose here is because it's located close to my family home so was easy for me to see them as I was visiting.

The staff where brilliant, plenty of parking and the breakfast was stunning. The only downside is the fact that you have to pay for wifi on top of the extortionate room cost. In my view wifi is a utility now, just as important as the heating, it should be free.

My rating would of been a lot higher if it weren't for the the price tag. Thanks for a lovely stay.
