Stayed here for two nights while travelling around the UK. Our room was fine and no issues came up.

The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Printed off instructions on the best way to drive into Liverpool and obtain a car park. However their suggestion to catch the train at the nearby station was taken on board and proved a very good option.

We used the resteraunt attached and had no problems. Service, cost and quality was good.

Value excellent as we booked well in advance to receive a very competitive rate

We would stay again if in the area.

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times before but this time it was not up to its previous standard. The room was OK, but it was a shame the heated towel rail did not work and the electrical connection on it did not look too safe. However the real problem was the restaurant. Poor service, twice I had to ask for my main course after waiting 45 minutes. On the second occasion I had to get my own cutlery and napkin and I am still waiting for my tomato ketchup that I asked for. The chicken I had with the meal was awful, tough, overcooked and the sauce was horrid. I did get a refund but they really need to sort these problems out.

Needed a hotel for the night while visiting friends and family, great location just off M62/M57.
Lovely welcome by young receptionist , very friendly and warm.
Room clean and spacious. Heating just right.
Has meal deal, was able to book table at required time, food really good, great service.
Breakfast the same.
Free car parking is an added bonus.

Pleasant Premier Inn, booked through £29 deal, located in an industrial park but non the worse for that, but limited to on site pub unless you want to drive, which we did to the Spice Inn, Indian in Rainhill about 5 miles away which was superb. Breakfast in adjoining pub was excellent. Spacious family rooms and nice and quiet but not many guests on Bank Holiday Monday. would go back again.

We usually choose to stay in the Village at Whiston when we visit friends in Liverpool, however after a couple of dissapointing stays we changed to the Premier Inn at Tarbock. We got a great deal for a family room and from start to finish I cannot fault this hotel. Premier Inn standards have improved greatly over the last 2 years and the Tarbock Prem Inn is no exception to this. The room, the staff, the food and the location ticked every box for us. We will return here in the future.

Room Tip: Its a small Prem Inn so rooms are the same
