Thank you Chrissie and Nick for a lovely stay. Excellent accomodation, excellent breakfast and a warm, warm welcome. A real "home from home". I stayed with a friend so we used both rooms and made full use of the visitors lounge in the evenings - very comfortable. Our walk down to the pub on Tuesday evening was a short hop and a steady walk back up at the end of the evening. We have already booked our next stay - thoroughly recommended

Glad you enjoyed your stay with us and realised the walk back from Cadgwith is not as long as expected. We try to make the guest lounge warm and cosy especially in winter when we have the fire lit.

Chrissy and Nick were very friendly and gave us lots of ideas on walks and places to visit. We were lucky that on bank holiday Monday Cadgwith hosted their regatta so we walked along the coast path from Chyheira. We also visited numerous locations all within a reasonable driving distance. Great food in a lovely, clean and relaxing house. We would recommend this B&B to others.

Visiting Cornwall for the first time, we chose this little B&B in the middle of nowhere and we think it was a wonderful choice ! We had some serious problems in getting there... and I am very very sorry to have had Chrissy waiting for us, ruining her social night, even if it was not so pleasant having her repeating it over and over ! Anyway, Chrissy was very kind and friendly and did everything she could to make us comfortable.

The room was very nice: everything was decorated with white, blue and brown, and with a delightful taste ! The bed was the biggest one that we found in a B&B in the whole England: I knew that they were two beds joined together, but I slept so well that other B&B should think about this solution !

The bathroom was very nice too: pointlessly clean, with a beautiful shower and candid towels... simply perfect ! All the room was "Decorated as it was my own room, because even if it's a bed and breakfast I still feel it like my home" (Chrissy words) and indeed it made the difference.

Breakfast was great too, with fresh cornish yoghurt, juice, sausages, mushrooms, toasts and more. I have to say that, loving so much english breakfasts, Chyheira's needed to be a little more abundant to be "fulll"... let's say that it was "half full".

At last, Chrissy suggested us to visit Cadgwith: a great suggestion we are very glad she gave us ! We went on foot and we loved the town, the landscape and the sea.

I am glad you likes the decor in your room. I am sorry you had difficulty in finding us, I do send all guests directions on finding us, as I know not all "sat navs" use the easiest route.

Exactly as shown on their website, secluded countryside setting but close to all amenities, room 1 has beautiful views over fields stretching out to the sea, soft trickle of water from Chrissy,s pond nearby lulls you to sleep on a night, all the little touches that other b and b's seem to forget about are here. After coming to Cornwall for many many years, my wife and I stayed here for 7 nights and loved every minute, this is the best b and b we have ever stayed in. we will definitely stay here again. Chrissy and Nick have got the balance just right.

Basically - what they said. Clean, pleasant decor. Very welcoming hosts, full of helpful recommendations but not intrusive. I partlcularly valued the relaxed atmosphere - come and go as you please, eat take-away at the dining table. Everything you need seemed to be there - wineglasses, hairdryer, tv, fresh milk and a "minibar" for the chocolate munchies. Breakfast was very good - himself had the full English every morning, I had the veg frittata - tasty and a pleasant change, plus other variations on eggs on toast, all perfectly cooked. Really recommend the homemade granola with fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt - deeelicious.
Easy to walk straight out of the house to Lizard or Cadgwith or the coast path. Lovely view across the fields from the twin room. Peaceful location.
The Ship (?) at Mawgan made excellent food (check with Chrissy if that's the place I mean) and I really recommend you have a Thai takeaway. They deliver to the b and b, and it's the real deal - authentic tasting and hot.

Spent 5 nights at Chyheira with a warm
welcome from Chrissy and Nick , and can honestly say we had a great time . The room was spacious and well equipped , bed large and comfortable , tea coffee and milk topped up every day and the fresh milk in the fridge was a very nice touch .
Chrissy's cooked breakfast was first class , I also had the fish cakes with poached egg which I also recommend , with plenty of tea and toast available .
Both Chrissy and Nick had a good knowledge of the surrounding area , and couldn't have been more helpful .
We will be booking again soon for next year . Can't wait to get back !
