Ate Sunday Lunch here. I'm not a great fan of the traditional roast dinner but on a Sunday I guess its only to be expected that this will be the food on offer. I'm pleased to say I had a most excellent meal of very tasty roast Pork. The stuffing and apple sauce clearly home made which is a pleasant change from the awful synthetic tasting rubbish often served up . Perfectly cooked vegetables ,including the yummiest, creamiest mashed potatoe I've had in ages. Watching some desserts go by ,had to try something, though rather full..opted for the trifle which was served in an unusual way on a platter and very delicious ! Service was also excellent . I would like to return to try the evening menu sometime.
