We stayed here at the end of July beautiful location. Wendy and Graham were the consummate hosts very welcoming on arrival, We stayed in the annex which had its own door outside and an inside door to the breakfast room. Even the early terrific thunderstorm which put out all the electricity for miles around could not deter them, we had all be it a cold breakfast the most delicious plate of smoked salmon you could eat. They could not do enough for us. Comfortable beds, luxurious toiletries, bathrobes and peaceful surroundings what more can you ask except for the excuse to revisit.

A beautiful location very near Tewkesbury . Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was faultless. Very relaxed. Lovely accommodation and comfortable beds, what more could you want (apart from a good friend to go with!). Perfect.

When I spoke to Wendy on the phone, I explained that I was single, elderly and had difficulty with stairs and baths; was there any possibility of my reserving the annex room, a double room on the ground floor? "Of course," was the immediate response. And so I was booked in for three nights at a very reasonable price.

The annex room has its own door to the outside, so you can come and go as you please, but there is also a further door that allows you to step directly into the house and the breakfast room. The comments of other reviewers are not exagerated. This really is a lovely place in which to stay.

The location is rural and very peaceful, but access to, say, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham is easy. If you are able to stay at Green Orchard, take careful note of the instructions for arriving at the location; my TomTom satnav would not recognise the existence of Deerhurst Walton (there is a Deerhurst, but that is not at all the same place) and the responsible Authority has not as yet replaced the signpost that should direct you down a very minor road to the village. And, in keeping with the whole character of Green Orchard, there is no B & B sign, just the name of the property on the gate.

This is by far and away the best B & B that I have ever stayed in; in my view, it is unique. All I need now is an excuse to return.

Room Tip: I can't speak for the other rooms, but the annex room receives good natural light, is well furnished with cupboards, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed and easy chairs. The wet room has a powerful shower that provides a strong flow of hot water.

Spent a night with my elderly Mum here on Saturday, as attending a concert in Tewkesbury Abbey. Beautifully restored house, with a warm welcome from Wendy and Graham, and lovely bedroom, although Mum struggled with the staircase (as no handrail!) Lovely little touches, with Molten Brown accessories in en-suite, and beautifully thick towels and dressing gowns. Fresh milk was also offered to make tea, rather than 'plastic' milk. Beds really comfortable, and breakfast amazing, with eggs from own free-range hens, and locally sourced bacon and sausage. Would certainly recommend to anyone touring in the area.

Room Tip: We had the twin bedded room upstairs - very quiet!

My wife and I stayed in the annexe and the whole experience was 1st class. The breakfasts are fantastic with Eggs freshly laid that day! An excellent location for exploring nearby towns and villages and Graham and Wendy a font of knowledge!! Highly recommended and as someone who hardly ever writes reviews not comments I would pass on lightly
