Jennifer was lovely, but as mentioned in a previous review, very busy running the farm and taking care of her children, so somewhat preoccupied, but did say to call her on her cell if we needed anything. Room was clean, though the walls are thin so it's a bit noisy from the other guests and the doors slamming on all the units and the entrance to the building.

free parking, wifi worked fine, and there is a restaurant at the end of the long driveway into this B&B which is decent. Not fine dining, but generally good. Lots of families were there when we had dinner.

This B&B is a good value, but don't expect extras. It is advertised as having no meals-true- and that there is a restaurant at the end of the driveway. Well, it is a long driveway and the restaurant is across a busy road which is dangerous to cross. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The towels were rough enough to be sandpaper. The hosts are very friendly, but rather preoccupied with running their farm. We were quickly shown to our rooms in a converted barn and left alone. We were several miles outside of Stirling.

Room Tip: Look for a room with shades as my brother's had no way to black out the door window so they woke...

We stayed here for 1 night in a 4 bedded room as we were attending a function in Stirling. Room was clean, comfortable and convenient and was easy to find. It was all we required and there are plenty of places within a few miles where breakfast is available. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the Barn Lodge our first night of our Scotland trip - our rooms were clean, very comfortable and quiet - the lodge is about 200 meters from the road up a driveway. The women loved seeing the farm's horses - both own and ride their own. There is a restuarant directly across the road that serves very good meals - we walked up and had dinner and breakfast there. It's a short drive to Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument, and just off the M9 to the Scottish Highlands - very convenient. I would definitely stay there on a return trip.

Me, my other half and our son stayed here for the weekend in one of the double rooms. It was exceptionally clean, owners were lovely and for the cheap price we couldn't have asked for more!! The owners put alot of thought into little details that we really appreciated. For instance there was a fridge in the room, lots and lots of hanging space and drawer space for clothes and belongings. With a brewers Fayer right at the top of the road, which serves delicious foods- especially the breakfast, it's so handy. It is in an ideal location for those not too confident searching towns for hotels and such, because its right on the outskirts of Stirling (which makes it nice and quiet too). Even the towels (fresh every day) smelt lovely! As I said, the owners think of all these little things! Overall we had an amazing stay here and will definitely be returning soon!

This was a great place for our one night stay in May 2012. We were welcomed nicely and very well and our needs well taken care of. The wifi worked quite well. There were horses to watch in the field and a very young horse recently born. Our room was very well done and nice and clean. Plenty of free parking. Our sleep was great as there are no roads close by.

Stayed here overnight on Friday, we were a group on a shooting trip, and were pleased to have somewhere that was friendly! Rooms were spot on, clean, warm and comfortable--exactly what we needed considering a 5am start on the Saturday morning! We shall return!
