We loved our stay at duck lodge on our recent 3 day break in Brighton and the South Downs.
The exclusive log cabin lodge is immaculately presented and furnished to a very high modern standard, With the latest sky Q, Bose sound system and modern furnishings. Keith is a lovely host and very helpful. The use of the hot tub in the garden is a lovely plus point with great views over the South Downs. A great stay and we will definitely be back soon!

After a lovely day of wet and windy walking, we were so pleased to see Duck Lodge. It was so warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. We enjoyed having our own space, but greatly appreciated the welcome we received from Keith who was the perfect host (and even drove us to the fantastic Bull Pub in Ditchling).

Keith has taken great care with this cabin, it is beautifully decorated and generously equipped. The bed is comfy, the towels are big and fluffy, the cabin is warm and Keith provides very generous supplies for a diy breakfast and tea/coffee and biscuits. He was really helpful on arrival and gave us a great recommendation for where to eat. There are lovely views from outside the cabin over the downs and the path to the cabin is well lit - but he even supplies a torch in case you need extra help. A great stay and thoroughly recommended.

This was Just right for walking the South Downs Way. Very good and friendly. There's even a hot tub. Good pub just five minutes away. I stayed while walking the South Down Way from Winchester to Eastbourne.

Went for a night with my girlfriend. The Lodge is lovely, clean, well heated, functional and had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very nice and Keith was a brilliant host. The hot tub was great too! no negatives!
