We accidently visited this restaurant about 4 years ago and remembered the food was good. Since then we tried to reserve a place for it's senior sister: Focaccia, with little success. We thought we'll make another spontaneous visit on Saturday afternoon. They told us over the phone that they don't take reservations and that we should simply come.
When I came, the hostess told me there are 3 groups ahead of us and that we may get a place on the bar. I said I don't want the bar and she said she'll write that down.
The messaged us after about 15 minutes. She told me we have a table. I entered and called my wife to come and right after came another group. The hostess gave a look inside, opened the door and said: Are you ordering already?... The message was clear. I told her she can give our place and went away.
They may have good food. Maybe there prices are fair. But the attitude is a very important factor in the restaurant business.
