Everything was excellent; room, food, hospitality, views,...
A special mention for the teapot collection and bird watching from breakfast table.
Ideally located for visiting RSPB Minsmere.

This was a great weekend away with my wife and I not forgetting Chloe the dog. We was looked after by the hosts, great breakfast and the lovely room. A shower to die for. Keith and Many Smith. If you want a food place to eat Jeremy will book you a table. We ate at the white horse. Great food and good company.

Room Tip: This bed and breakfast allows dogs, with well behaved adults.

This was real find, only started bookings in May the standard of the accommodation is excellent, crisp white sheets on the bed that you sink into and fall asleep in quite country location.
Just outside a beautiful village and near to some stunning coast and beaches, this is a quintessential english retreat. The full english breakfast was one of the best we have had, how do they cook the eggs so perfectly every day?
A very relaxing two days, a great place to unwind, looking out over the rambling countryside while having breakfast and walking the dogs in the morning around the nearby fields was heavenly.
This is a high calibre bed and breakfast, genuinely dog friendly, (we had our two dogs with us which did not phase or create any issues and were made to feel at home), warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. Highly recommended. Beautiful bedroom, spacious and very comfortable, everything about the character of the house, the location, rooms, furniture, quality of service, even the crockery gives this accommodation a unique atmosphere and reflects a high level of professionalism and care for the guests.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent we had one with seating which gave a little more space for our dogs to relax...

Oak Tree Farm B & B is a real gem - quiet, peaceful location, with only horses to say hello to, as you draw back the curtains, but close enough to walk or cycle to explore this beautiful area. We took our bikes, stored easily, and enjoyed leisurely rides to the coast, sleepy villages, tea rooms, churches, bookshops and pubs with refreshing pints and fantastic meals. All this, and then the charms of a thoughtfully restored Georgian farmhouse, and the warm welcome of John and Julian, and the delightful Delilah (friendliest chocolate lab). Our rooms were spacious, had charming period features, comfortable, (had best night's sleep on crisp white linen), en suite luxury, and nice touches such as Earl Grey tea. Breakfast was a real event, not only tasty and great fuel for our bike rides, but the location in the sunny conservatory allowed us to bird watch, relax and just enjoy the view. We're definitely coming back to Oak Tree Farm.

We spent two nights at a lovely bed and breakfast in Yoxford this week with our dog. The BandB is very dog friendly and has their own dog, Delia; who is most welcoming! The location is great for seeing the beautiful Suffolk countryside and the BandB itself is a calm retreat with horses and birds as a back drop. The breakfast was lovely and a good start to a days walking. We will most certainly return; as it was good value for money.
