The hotel looked really nice , and was looking forward to my stay .
Rather long check in took 15 mins for the guy in front , only one person at the desk.
My room was on the 1st floor , with not a great view but hey , was there to sleep .
Shower was hot and lovely , towels big enough and soft.
My big disappointment was the duvet , as thin as a piece of paper , for £129 a night a nice duvet please.
It was a cold nights sleep so a hot cup of tea would be nice when I woke up , but no the kettle didn't work , so called reception at 7:50am to ask for a replacement , at 8:40am no sign, so gave up !
Checked out and mentioned the kettle , and a I'm sorry housekeeping didn't bring it .
Breakfast was nice and the waiting staff were really helpful and cheery .
Would I stay here again .....NO .esp not for a paper thin duvet for £129 a night .
