“Lovely, Classy, Welcoming Cottage and Very Helpful Owner, made our arrival smooth”

Cottage exceeded our expectations on arrival. So well equipped to a very high standard, beautifully appointed and comfortable, felt very homely. Brilliant location, walk to the sandy beach, shops and beach bars. Stayed here with my elderly Mum, 18month old twins and greyhound and partner joined later, catered perfectly for us all. Nic was so helpful with my enquiry, warm, friendly and efficient. He kindly provided 2 high chairs and assembled a travel cot and stair gate, so all ready to go when we entered. Also safe, easy, private parking to the rear and enclosed decked area to the front, also facilitated peace of mind with dog and toddlers. Lots of extra touches meant our holiday got off to a great start. Easy drive to visit Rye too. Couldn't fault anything! Thank you Nic, your accommodating nature made it for us!

“Lovely seaside retreat.”
Reviewed 19 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Loved this little house. It was perfect for a weekend with my friend and our dogs. I loved the decked area out the front, which was enclosed, this meant our dogs were safely enclosed.

The house was really well equipped, so it made it a lovely home from home experience.

The touches such as biscuits and snacks were lovely - thank you.

Less than 5 minutes to a wonderful beach and a wonderful farm shop a couple of miles away.

Tidy and modern accommodation. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, good facilities, off street parking and close to the beach. What more could you want?

“Lovely holiday house, perfect for our short break”
Reviewed 14 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We had a lovely time at Waves. The house is welcoming and pretty, nicely equipped and very comfortable. Great location near the beach, much enjoyed by us and Inky our dog. Thanks Nic for all the nice touches that made us feel extra welcome! Would definitely book again and thoroughly recommend it.

“A great stay in Camber”
Reviewed 2 March 2017 for a stay in February 2017

very nice, clean accommodation. Good location for the beach and nearby attractions although as we were out of season most of Camber was shut. We had a 1 year old and the house was very child friendly. The house is well equipped over and above what is mentioned in the amenities description i.e. has dishwasher, baby-gate, etc. Nice places to eat out are the Mermaid and the Kings Head in Rye.

Had trouble locating the bins as they were not in the store as described in the welcome pack so I hope i picked the right one.

“Relaxing Holiday”
Reviewed 20 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Very supportive travel information and welcome goodiesfrom the owners helped to impress us. The superbly set up in the cottage was just perfect for our 2.5 year old and us.
We travelled from London on the train to Rye then caught a local bus to Camber. It's only 10 mins on the bus or an hour of beautiful walk on a path. The bus was £3.10 for a single. The cottage isn't far from the beach which was safe and ideal for children-even in winter.
We'd recommend this cottage and love to return. Thanks
