My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Domaine de la Maison Neuve and found it to be one of the nicest, most relaxing stays during our 5 week vacation. The setting is beautiful, the 19th century stone farm building has been restored to a very high standard, the rooms are large and well appointed, the bathrooms are very nice and roomy, and best of all, Clarisse and her husband are marvelous hosts. They are very friendly, speak excellent English, and are of great help in deciding what to see in the region.

Breakfast is served around a large table so you can meet and chat with the other guests, and the food was very good and plentiful. I would highly recommend the Domaine de la Maison Neuve to anyone who is considering spending time in the Loire Valley.

Room Tip: All 4 rooms are good; you can't go wrong.

My friend and I spent 5 days at Domaine de la Maison Neuve in May, 2015. It is a beautiful and very comfortable B&B and the best part was the hospitality we were shown by Clarisse and her family. Clarisse was so helpful in planning our visits to the chateaus in the region and, based on her recomendations, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Loire region. The B &B is located near the charming town of Loches and is in a great location for touring the Loire Valley. The breakfast that Clarisse provided was excellent and we especially enjoyed being served at the big table so that we could have a chance to meet and talk with the other guest staying at the B&B. We were in France for 5 weeks and stayed at many B&Bs and small hotels and I will say that Domaine de la Maison Neuve was the best! If you are planning to visit the Loire Valley you should really consider staying at Domaine de la Maison Neuve.

Best hospitality experience I've ever had. The building is an old farm estate that has been spectacularly renovated over 8 years. Beautiful countryside setting, the rooms and common areas are great, as is the view. But, the best part is the hospitality from owner Clarisse and her family, made it feel like we were staying with good friends, always there to help or just chat. This really is the best place I've stayed in years.

We spent just a weekend, and we didn't want to leave. The view is amazing, and the place were is located, in the middle of the French countryside, is amazing. We were very well received by Clarisse, the owner, and we can't wait to come back.

La Maison Neuve is a delight. Our room was spacious and light with a captivating view down over the valley. Breakfast was very French and delicious: fresh croissants, homemade jam, fruit of the season. The comfortable lounge was stocked with information about the surrounding area, and owner/host Clarisse was a fount of knowledge about chateaux and villages in the region. Her input was invaluable in helping us plan our day trips. All in all, an enchanting B and B run by a charming host. Another plus: Clarisse's artist-father makes fantastic and endearing metal animal sculptures. They are heavy, but we managed to fit one in our suitcase and it now inhabits our garden, reminding us daily of the Loire Valley and our stay at wonderful La Maison Neuve. Highly recommended.
