This can not be classed as a hotel. Staffed only between 4pm and 8pm, no restaurant, no bar, no facilities (outside pool locked). The corridor to the room has enormous cracks in the walls and sloping floors. The room was terrible, the window was completely rotten, the mattress was older than the 14 century Chateau in which it is housed and the bathroom was circa 1920's. My family wasted nearly £200 on our stay please don't make the same mistake.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel................!

Completely wonderful experience, & even though the bar & restaurant were closed, the owner supplied us with cold beers on arrival, & the breakfast the next morning more than made up for this, Hot bread, & pastries, friut, yoghurt, huge pot of fresh coffee, & a cheese board to die for!
Rooms where comfortable, & clean.
We stayed in May 2003, had a take away chinese from the village, outside in the wonderful grounds, truely amazing experience.
