As soon as you enter the hotel, you
get a lovely and welcoming feeling. the staff is incredibly nice, and the owner of the hotel has a cute dog who welcoms you with a happy wagging tail.
Our room is beautifull, i can only imagine how nice it is in the winter time (there's a fireplace ) , and the baclony has a view that is especially breathtaking at nighttime, when you can see the church of the village in its glory.
We got directions to a nice Taverna not so far from the village, about 5 minutes away from the hotel. I do not remember the name, but ask them directions and they will know what you are talking about. you get there a great traditional greek meal for two for more or less 30 euro, and as a person who lived in greece about 40 years ago i can say that this place serves the most authentic food you can get around these areas . it is advised to arrive on daylight since the roads are not lit up during the evening.
so bottom line-if you are planning on venturing this area, this is the place to stay at.
