Oh dear! We were really looking forward to our New Years break for three nights but to be honest, we would have had a better time at home!
The hotel is some way from Marbella, a good 15 minute drive. We hired a car at Malaga airport so we didn't need taxis so no idea how much one would cost.
The hotel is indeed near to the beach but in an extremely dull area and very close to the main coast road. So not best placed for walking to anything.
Our hotel room was warm as we turned the heating up quite high however the public areas of the hotel were very cold. I sat in the restaurant on our first night with my coat on.
The room was average and quite dated but it did have a glimpse of the sea.
The spa area is nice but we had to convince the staff to let our 13 year old daughter into the pool area which in December/January was the only heated pool available.
This is NOT a child friendly hotel so be very careful.
I feel sorry for the staff who really tried their best to be helpful but obviously under strong ruling from the management/owners.
Would I ever go back? No.More
