We arrived after a long days travel and were given a choice of rooms by Ann the owner, which was a good start. The place is dog friendly and was necessary for us as we travel with our sausage dog. The rooms we saw and the one we chose to stay in was thoroughly clean and comfortable for our needs, Large comfortable beds with nice clean linen.
Also, we were given the option of paying 60 Euro for the room or 75 Euro including a full Irish breakfast. As we had spent the following 6 nights self catering and the option of only 7.50 Euro each for the breakfast we took up the offer and excellent it was too, along with choice of cereals, jams and fresh fruits. Ann was very friendly and wished us a good journey home. If we stay in this area again, we will be staying here and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the area. In addition there is a games room which is very tidy and large well kept gardens. A very good place to stay and very good value.

Room Tip: We were offered to look for a room and choose for ourselves!

We booked two rooms in Moyglare for the last night of a holiday in Ireland as we had to catch the ferry from Rosslare in the early morning. It is just off the main road but with the lovely gardens the Lodge was peaceful and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious, spotless and the beds have lovely top quality sheets and pillowcases - I slept like a log. A very warm welcome made us feel totally at home. Can't comment on breakfast as we wanted to get away early for the ferry and it is served from 8am. For dinner, we went to a pub called Ye Olde Coopers Inn which was about 2 minutes walk away (see separate review). I would happily have stayed longer at Moyglare and look forward to staying there again.

Room Tip: I loved Room 1 (a twin) which overlooked the garden

Our family experience at Moyglare in June 2013 was first class and in particular Olive who looked after our needs. We had amazing spacious rooms (booked 3 doubles and single) and cleanliness top notch. The Lodge is beautiful, tastefully decorated and full of character that is so often missing from hotels/B&B's. The gallery pics of the rooms do not do it justice. We were only sad to be staying one night as it was a stopover from the Ferry to our final destination the following day. We were able to walk to a lovely local pub/restaurant in the local village too with great food! All in all a wonderful start to our holiday in Southern Ireland and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We arrived late on a Friday night and Olive couldn't have been more helpful. We have two very young children and we had been contacted in advance to ask how we wanted the room to be laid out re beds etc. the room was very spacious and spotless - the en-suite lovely. I was able to get milk free of charge for my young ones and Olive prepared breakfast for us to take up to our room as we had an early start and didn't want to take the kids down to the dining room. All in all an absolutely excellent experience and very handy for the ferry

Moyglare Lodge is a wonderful quiet place to stay if you happen to find yourself in the Rosslare/Wexford area. I especially appreciated the lovely gardens, tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable beds with freshly ironed sheets and soft towels. The breakfast was a real treat and included all fresh Wexford fruits, homemade breads and cereals, followed by a perfectly cooked irish fry. We found Killinick to be a perfect launching pad for our day trips to Wexford, Hook Head, Heritage Park, the JFK Park and even had time for a round of golf on the lovely Rosslare links course. Thanks Moyglare - we are already looking forward to a return visit.

This Country House B&B fulfilled all of our expectations. It is conveniently located between Wexford City (10 min drive) and Rosslare(7 min drive). It was hard to spot at first but when found it was a real jewel providing a tranquil atmosphere and privacy. It may not look like from the outside (as it is a relatively new building) but inside you find yourself walking into a real castle. The rooms are decorated with detail and the whole place is full of paintings and castle like finishes. Our bedroom had a lovely view with a private garden where you can see a pond and fountain. Everything was spotless clean and the bed was huge and comfy. The shower was amazing!! Also at the breakfast attention to details showed in sophisticated pottery and gentle classical music in the background! Nice touch :-) Service was superb! Very nice staff who gave us a great tips on where is good to visit in co Wexford. Would definitely stay again. Such a lovely surprise and wonderful staff :-) Thank you

Room Tip: We had a room with yellow Balanchin and the view was on the private grounds whre you can see the pat...

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable bed and we benefitted from an excellent shower. The main reason we have not given five stars is because the bathroom towels were arguably the worst we have experienced anywhere - small and like cardboard. Really disappointing because everything else was good. Breakfast was plentiful and pleasantly served. We walked round to the local pub (Coopers Inn) which was just round the corner and had a pleasant meal (pub grub).
