“Ok for adults, good for kids, slightly expensive”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

I was ok. Kids had a lot of fun. It's kinda small and for 200 baht a little expensive. I'd say go if you have kids and you tie it in to something else in the area. Otherwise, give it a miss.

Staff are super nice.

“Bugs for kids of all ages!”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

The Siam Insect Zoo and Museum is a small, but excellent place to explore the wonderful, exotic, and weird world of insects. Looks of interesting displays and resources. Great place for kids. Be careful...... you might actually learn something, while you are enjoying!

“Not bad”
Reviewed 2 May 2014 via mobile

We visited this place by mistake. It's a fair distance out of the city (about 45mins drive), haggled for 300 baht tuk tuk ride but ended up being so much further than expected, gave the driver 400. The museum is ok, bit small. Highlight was holding a huge scorpian & seeing some of the live spiders, they are enormous! If you love insects, worth the visit.

“Large spiders!!”
Reviewed 10 April 2014 via mobile

This is an interesting place with a good selection of tarantulas the highlight. Well worth a visit, although I thought the entrance fee was a little high at 200 baht.
