As you arrive at Sunset Decks you do not realise how close you are to the sea! It is a 5 minute walk and I recommend that you do a long walk on the beach.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped (also for self-catering) and it is quiet and peaceful. Each room has a patio area where you can relax. The owners are friendly and make you feel really welcome. The hospitality alone is worth the stay.
Be sure to visit the pub on the first floow and the lookout deck on top. On a clear day it is a great view. You may meet interesting people in the pub if you are the gregarious type.
It may not have the big-name hotel breakfast or amenities, but, you are staying here exactly because that is what you are trying to avoid.
For an affordable and very pleasant stay this is a very good option.
